Under Google Play and Apple App Store compliance policies, we guarantee complete deletion of your account and personal data. You can initiate a deletion request through the app:
- Open the NotesFlowAI mobile application.
- Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap on Request Account Deletion.
- Submit the deletion request form on the opened webpage.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by filling out the contact form on this page (select Account Deletion Request as the Request Type) or email us directly at notesflowai@gmail.com. We will permanently delete your account and all associated documents, AI transcripts, and mock records from our servers within 30 days.
