1. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not upload copyrighted materials or exam papers without proper legal authorization.
• Do not use the Service to promote academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's honor code.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or backend APIs.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the study materials, notes, and photos you upload ("User Content"). You grant NotesFlow AI a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service on your behalf.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription anytime in-app prior to your next renewal date.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
